Biweekly Payroll & Time Collection ScheduleBiweekly, or non-exempt, employees include office support, library staff, maintenance staff, janitorial staff and shop workers, casual hourly employees, those receiving stipends, and undergraduate and graduate student workers. In order for a change to be included in a specific biweekly payroll, forms must be submitted and received in the payroll office by noon on the due date listed in the table below.
